All Things October | iPhone Snaps

Hi lovely reader! Here is a quick round-up of some of the things I got up to in the month of October!

Breakfast in bed. Tried the omelette in a mug "hack" and I must say I was quite impressed.

As seen on Instagram. Originally asked my Mom what she would caption this pic, her response, "I'm nuts about these boots"....clever lady she is.

Gameday. This was about 1/3 of the tailgating spread. Amazing.

Pumpkin carving is no joke. This guy gave me a workout!

Other little pumpkin friend. This one was my favorite.

Prepping for all the trick-or-treaters! And saving some for later...

Ended October by celebrating my friends birthday on a rooftop. The weather was perfect and so were the cupcakes.

What did you do last month? Any impressive pumpkins or costumes??

Caleres Fashion Entrepreneur Competition | Saint Louis Fashion Week

Hey lovely readers! Happy November! Today's post is one that I am really excited to share with you all. This year I have been given the opportunity to be a Caleres FEC Infleuncer for the "Caleres Fashion Entrepreneur Competition" that is taking place on November 10th. This event is taking place in St. Louis and will showcase five St. Louis based designers who are competing in a Shark-Tank style competition to win $10,000! As someone who is studying fashion, I can't wait to see the designers presentations and their creations.

There is something to be said for the creativity and talent that is created in the Midwest and it is definitely overlooked. When people here fashion they think New York or Los Angeles but there are many other cities across the country and across the world that are full of successful businesses and designers! I think it is equally as important to know what is happening in the big cities as well as locally in your own region or city. As I said earlier, the event is taking place on November 10th and is being held at the Majorette, which I have been looking at pictures of online and it looks so cool! This event is the perfect excuse for a little weekend getaway to explore a new area if you have never been to St. Louis or if you are from there support your city!

I know I am looking forward to it and can't wait to see the designers. Another reason to check it out, tickets are just $10 beforehand and $15 the day of. You can purchase tickets online here.

Men's Health Awareness Month | #SupportYourBalls

Hiya lovely reader! As many of you may know, last month was Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is something that I am extremely passionate about. I believe in spreading as much awareness and support as possible and this platform gives me a great opportunity to do so. Well, November is Men's Health Awareness Month. Now, many of you may be females but it is still good to be aware of this and share it with the men in your life, whether it be your dad, brother, friend, or significant other!

Testicular cancer, is the most common form of cancer in men ages 15-35. There is one male is diagnosed with this disease every hour, so a simple awareness can have a big impact.

This month, Tommy John, an online company who sell men's underwear and t-shirts, have partnered with the Testicular Cancer Foundation (TCF) and created a limited edition line of underwear and socks with some super cute prints. Tommy John is giving 5% of all sales from this line to TCF and they are contributing $10 for each purchase made by new customers who were referred by someone else!

But wait, there's more! Tommy John has created a cheeky and free way, for all you lovely people to get involved in raising awareness and money for TCF!

They are hosting a "Share a Pair, Win a Pair" contest on Instagram and are donating $1 for each entry, up to $1,000! To enter, all you have to do is take a picture of any pair of round objects, follow @TommyJohnWear, @TesticularCancerFoundation & tag your photo #SupportYourBalls for a chance to win free products from Tommy John, which if you have a look around there website is pretty fantastic!

I would highly encourage you to take part in this and check out TCF's website, as it is full of some great resources and information. Also, if you enter in the Instagram contest, I'd love to see the pics you come up with and create a post of all the pics! Feel free to tweet them at me! Xx
