Fruit, Fireworks, and a Follow | iPhone Snaps

Hi lovely reader, I hope you are having a sunny Sunday! It is absolutely pouring here, perfect day to get stuff done though. I apologize for the lack of posts, I have been out of town for about two weeks straight, but I do have some travel diaries coming your way soon! For today, I've scrolled through my Camera Roll in order to put together an ever classic iPhone Snaps post! So here's some insight into what I've been up to!

Belgian Waffle, Fresh Strawberries, and Powdered Sugar. Both photogenic and delicious!

If I do say so myself, I believe that I was gifted with the ability to wrap presents. I know some people dread it but I love it!

Woke up to this one morning and was a bit excited (understatement). Samantha, if you're reading this, thank you so much and lots of love! Xx (Congrats on Latitude)

Still my fav

My Fourth of July OOTD, as seen on Tumblr!

We went to my aunt's house, where tank racing is not a past time, it is a lifestyle. It is taken seriously, so fun though.

 The aftermath

I don't know how much of this kinda stuff I really believe in, but it is fun to "study your hand" and see if any of it matches up.

One of my co-workers love everything retro and is expecting a baby, so I got her this cute little picture frame and put an adorable little photo I found online.

What's on your camera roll? Xx

"It's ok I don't bite"

"Come out, come out, wherever you are and meet the young lady, who fell from a star." So I didn't exactly fall from a star, but if you have seen the Wizard of Oz you know that this is from the scene where Glinda reassures all the munchkins about Dorothy. That's just kind of what I wanted to do with this post.

I want to encourage you lovely readers to interact, I see blogging as a team effort, your part being able to give feedback or even be featured in a post. Whether you are a first time reader or you read my blog regularly, I would love for you to leave comments! Tell me what you like or don't like or what you would like to see in the future. Even if it's an anonymous comment and you feel more comfortable doing it that way, I would love to hear from you! You can also tweet me! I'd love to see a blog you are loving or a DIY you tried. One of my favorite things is to be inspired and I think twitter and blogger are two amazing ways to do so! So with December being quite a big month it would be my pleasure to hear from you as to about what you would like to see on the blog. Do you want more DIYS, more fashion posts, a bit about me personally? Tweet me or let me know in the comments please! I'll love you for ever and ever for it! So if you are reading this and no one has commented, put your soldier jacket on and be brave, be the first to comment! Maybe they'll be something special for the first commenter! Also, if you have a blog I don't mind if you put the link as a comment or tweet it to me. I know some people get annoyed by this, but as of now I'm not one of them and I'd love to read it! I hope you have a lovely rest of the day! Xx

Hello October

I realize that I have already said this, but I cannot believe it is already October! Time for sitting in a cozy sweater, whilst sipping a warm beverage (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, whichever you prefer) and eating a pumpkin spice muffin, listening to Autumn Leaves on repeat, and reading your favorite blogs;) Ok, so not necessarily the last part, maybe switch that out with sitting by a nice fire outside or watching a movie, but none the less, fall is a great time of year!

You get to switch over from wearing shorts to skinny jeans or leggings and from sandals to ankle boots. There are many reasons why I love the fall. The most obvious for me is the change in fashion. By the time September comes around I feel ready for a change, and a bit tired of the things I have been wearing during the summer months. Also, pumpkin spice muffins become appropriate to eat:) I personally am not a big coffee person but you can get pumpkin spice lattes. Fall also brings chilly nights which are the best. It's not completely freezing to make you go numb but there's enough of a chill in the air to cause rosey cheeks:) In all, I think fall is a pretty fantastic time. Do you love fall? What are your favorite things about it? Let me know in the comments, also don't forget to check out @NEPlainJane on twitter and give it a follow! I'd love to have feedback and twitter is a great way for me to get that. If you have any pretty fall pictures that you have seen online or took yourself feel free to tweet them to me! I'd love to do a post of all the pictures! Have a good fall!
